I had a 400L tank 150 x 55 x 53cm. I am currently running it with two Chihiros wrgb pro 2 60 leds. I am not running co2 I have a lot of slow growing plants and some green and red Rotala with aqua soil and I am also dosing APT 3 I am currently having a bit of an issue with green spot algae just on my plants not on the glass could you recommend my light settings, intensity and duration please?

You can manually remove the algae with brush.
Change water and clean the filter.

This algae does not come off the plants I have tried scrubbing the leaves but it is very stubborn.
I do 50% water change every week and sometimes I will do a 30% water change during the week. My settings are Red 60% Blue 60% Green 50% White 20%
I have no ammonia no nitrite nitrates are at 10pmm and phosphate is around 0.5 to 1.0ppm

Photoperiod set 6h per day.
Low light intensity to 30%, add 5% 1-2 weeks for growth.
