Light setting

I have a low-tech aquarium with the Chichiros Universal WRGB 800...
My aquarium is 80x40x50 cm.
Can you tell me what percentage of red, blue, green, and white I should set?
I don't want algae.
I provide 7 hours of light.
I have very few plants.

From the picture, there aren’t many plants in the tank, so low lighting like 30% should be fine.

Each around 30%, you can slightly adjust by +- 5%.
