I am setting up a 5ft tank and hope to use a WRGB 120 pro light. The light only goes to 140cm .If I hang the light would it give full coverage to the 5ft tank ?

5ft is 152.4cm, not recommend hanging only 1 set WRGB II Pro 120 light.
You can add another 30 light or hanging 2-3 sets RGB VIVID II 10th Edition lights or hanging 2 sets WRGB VIVID 3 lights.
