Hi,

Yesterday, I was trying to adjust my temperature settings but the app said connection lost. I unplugged it for 10 minutes and reinstalled the app and it’s still saying the same thing. Any advice?
 
Delete the device from Device list page, unplug the power for a few minutes then plug back in to search again in the app.
