Help - App does not find my device

Hi. I have a WRGB II 130-120 light. When I tried to adjust the timing on the app it stopped working. I deleted and reinstalled the app. When I try to add a device nothing shows up. Bluetooth is enabled and I unplugged the device and plugged it back in.
 
Check the power adapter, is there a tiny green indicator light? Is it stable or flashing?

Totally close the app My Chihiros from phone backend. Download an app BLE Scanner to scan all the devices, take screenshots of all the devices it finds on Scanner page.
