If i want to have My Chihiros app recognize my lights, I have to restart my phone, then turn Bluetooth off, then back on again, then open the app. This has only been a problem since the new year. I think an update must have happened, that caused an issue. None of my phone settings have changed. Please fix.

You can reinstall the latest version My Chihiros app in App Store or Google Play.
Delete the light from Device List, plug out the power for a few minutes then plug back in to search and connect again.

I have reinstalled the app from Google Play-three times I deleted it and reinstalled it. I did delete the light, and unplugged and plugged it in several times, and could not find it. Every time I want to access the lights I have to restart my phone, turn Bluetooth off and then on, then open the app. I will *sometimes* be able to reconnect to the lights, it isn't consistent. I use a Samsung S23, with the latest version of Android. Please fix your app. It is not convenient.

Did the app the latest version?
Is there any metal items around the device and cables which could block signal?
Need to put the phone close to the Bluetooth controller.

App says version 2.7.47. Haven't had any issues with surroundings before this, yes needs to be nearby, but has always read the Bluetooth controller through the aquarium stand before this (wood). One light I replaced the Bluetooth controller, thinking that was the issue. Smallest light controller is out in the open, no cabinet, sitting near to computer, but always has been, no issue before this. Phone is running Android 14, Google Play last updated November 1, 2024. My Chihiros on auto update.
