Dosing Pump loose head

After a few days, my metering pump started to loosen the head of one of the channels. I've cleaned and connected it properly, but after 3-4 days, it loosens again. What can I do?

What's the SN code?
Take a screenshot in the app of the Device Information page which includes device ID number and Firmware version.
