Dosage Pump (4) not detected on App (IOS).

Hello, my Dosage pump (4) does not connect to the App anymore.
I have had this device for some months but was working properly and since yesterday it is not working.

1- I have disconnect it and reconnected after some minutes
2- I have updated the app accordingly
3- I have deleted the device and tried to search for it but it is not detecting
4- There is no light in the back of the device (blue or green)
5- It has power to it, because I have an addition dosage pump (2) and i changed the power supply and still not working.

Could you please advice what to do, and how can I fix this?

Totally close the app from phone backend.
Download an app BLE Scanner, scan all the devices, record a video of the devices it finds in Scanner page.

Didn't you power on both Dosing pumps, the 4 heads and the 2 heads?
It only detected the WRGB II light.
Check clearly if there is A tiny green stable light on the power adapter of both pumps.
 
Here are the data with all the devices on, including the 4 Dosage.
And with the Screen shots of the BLE scanner and chihiros App.
The dosage (2) has the blue light (slow blinking) on, and the dosage (4) has a constant blue light on. I cannot find the (4) on the App.

It seems the 4 heads pump was connected with the Wifi Hub.
Delete the Wifi Hub from Device List page, plug out the power supply of the Wifi Hub.
Could the app My Chihiros detect the 4 heads pump?

Totally close the app My Chihiros from phone backend, search in the app BLE Scanner.
 
Current status:
- Dosage (4) and (2) are plugged.
- Blue light on (2) is blinking slowly.
- Blue light on (4) is steady.
- Unplugged and Deleted the Hub
- Could not find the (4) in the app.
- Closed the App and searched the BLE scanner

Did you install the battery for the 4 heads dosing pump?
If yes, you can take the battery out, plug out Wifi Hub, re-plug in the 4 heads dosing pump to search again.
 
Yes I inserted the Battery on the (4) and the (2).

Status:
- disconnected the HUB
- replaced the battery on the (4). Waited 15 min before inserting new battery with (4) unplugged.
- plugged the (4)
- searched on the App and I cannot find the device (4)
- the light on the (4) is blue steady.

So this is what I did:
- disconnected the dosing (4)
- extract the battery
- plugged the (4), light blue on steady.
- the HUB is already unplugged
- check the BLE scanner and Search the App.

the results is that I cannot find the device (4), is there a reset process of the (4)?

Ok.
Technicians said the indicator keeps stable means it's connected with Wifi Hub or phone bluetooth, now it's not connected with Wifi Hub, you can check if it's connected with your phone bluetooth, if yes disconnect it then search in the app.
 
I understand your point, but I only have 1 Chihiros App and 1 iPhone, and the (4) it is not connected by Bluetooth as you have seen on the BLE Scanner.

In addition, if the device (4) was connected to any device it would continue to function, but since it disappeared for the app it is no longer working.

This means I have a device which is not connected to any Bluetooth device or phone and the HUB is off (disconnected).
The device is not working but still displaying the steady blue light.

This there any method where I could reset the device, or Bluetooth? I clearly see this as a malfunction of the device.
 
I do not understand, my Iphone does not have Bluetooth settings, can you please guide me?
I can only see the list of actual connected devices, See screenshot
