Hello, my Dosage pump (4) does not connect to the App anymore.
I have had this device for some months but was working properly and since yesterday it is not working.
1- I have disconnect it and reconnected after some minutes
2- I have updated the app accordingly
3- I have deleted the device and tried to search for it but it is not detecting
4- There is no light in the back of the device (blue or green)
5- It has power to it, because I have an addition dosage pump (2) and i changed the power supply and still not working.
Could you please advice what to do, and how can I fix this?
