Doctor 5 Temprature Shows Wrong

Brought New Doctor 5 Device & Mesh. Post Fixing, device works perfectly and show the Temperature accurately. Post Water change process (Power was Switched off of Doctor 5 while Water Change Process) Device is working properly and Mesh also started to work. But Problem occurred with Temperature - sometime it shows heavy heat and sometimes it shows minus with Orange Light. Checked the Temperature with other Checker and it shows Temp is Stable. Removed the Power and fixed Again + Removed the Mesh and Fixed again. All Testing done - but problem continued. Please suggest the solution. Also, Done the App Calibration and added the Temp manually. Still it shows the same.

You can ask after-sale service to replace a mesh reactor.
