Hi, I just set up my Chihiros WRGB II 45 light and noticed it has an awful loud high-pitched whine/ringing noise anytime the Green or Red light channels are between 0% and 100%. The app tells me "new firmware is available for the current device" to "fix the noise issue" (which I'm hoping is the same noise issue I'm experiencing) but when I try to Update the firmware, my phone gets stuck on a screen saying "Downloading firmware... 0%".
I know my phone is talking to the light because I can adjust the light settings, but the firmware just won't update.
How I can get past this? I've already tried restarting my phone, closing out and re-starting the Chihiros app, and unplugging the light... Is this unit defective?
I can't tell exactly, but it sounds like the noise is coming from the bluetooth controller.
