Hi, I have installed the Chihiros Wifi Hub Pro about 3 weeks ago. It worked perfectly during the first weeks and then while I was away I managed to control all my devices (stirrers, wrgb II Pro light and dosing pumps) through the app via cellular data. Now Im back home and I see that I have issues to control the devices through the app. All 4 devices (including the Wifi Hub Pro) appear in the app. But whenever I tap on any of them I get the error Connection lost, please retry. I have tried many solutions providied by Gemini (AI) with no sucess. I have restored the Wifi Hub Pro to factory settings twice but didnt help. I confirm that when I remove the Wifi Hub Pro from the list of devices, I can access the rest via Bluetooth, so the problem is strictly with the Wifi Hub Pro. I have turned off and back on my wifi as well, also didnt help. I have restarted my iPhone, didnt help. All devices firmware appear to be up to date according to the MyChihiros App, including the Wifi Hub Pro. What should I do? I am using an iPhone 16. My account is linked to the email aquaduqueeu@gmail.com - Please help me!

Hi, I have turned it off and on twice. Also restored it to factory settings twice. Everything seems to work at the beginning, but after some time while not using the app, when I open it, all devices look like in the screenshot. For a few seconds there is a red triangle next to the Bluetooth icon, then it disappears. When I tap on any of the devices, it says “connection lost, please retry. Sometimes logging out from my account and logging back in works, but this is not the way it should work. What else can I do?

i have the exact same issue, no matter what you do it doesn't work, they keep telling us to update and that they are working on it and will release updates, but there is nothing, im from south Africa and i have already spoken to 13people in my country with the exact same issue, chihiros must get there act together, they are fully aware of this problem and yet they keep selling the wifi hub pro, taking peoples money but it doesn't work. two of the resellers in my country told me they will no longer stock or sell the wifi hub pro, my reseller is giving me a refund on my wifi hub pro, because its the second one in two months that i bought and they both give the exact same problem.

Hey! I am based in Poland. How long have you been waiting for this “update”? The device actually worked perfectly for me for the first weeks, I went on holidays and I could manage everything. Then I came back home and the issue started. So it has something to do with being away for a while and when connecting once again to the wifi network, I believe. Did this happened to you too?
 
Hallo Bin aus Deutschland und warte seit Monaten auf ein Update. Seit einem Beta Update schaltet sich mein Hub alle paar Tage einfach aus und lässt sich erst wieder aktivieren wenn man den Strom trennt und wieder einsteckt. Auf das alte Update kann man angeblich nicht zurück. Bevor ich dieses Beta Update bekommen habe ( man hat sich hier angemeldet um es zu bekommen) funktionierte der Hub auch bis das er hin und wieder neu gestartet hat und das man den Magnet Rührer im Hub nicht wieder stoppen konnte. Als einzige Lösung wurde mir angeboten den Hub zurück zu geben. Einen Neuen gibt es nicht da die Produktion eingestellt wurde. Ob da wirklich noch an einer Problemlösung gearbeitet wird ? Ich glaub es nicht.
 
Ahoj, pred asi 3 týždňami som si nainštaloval Chihiros Wifi Hub Pro. Počas prvých týždňov fungoval perfektne a potom, keď som bol preč, sa mi podarilo ovládať všetky moje zariadenia (miešadlá, svetlo wrgb II Pro a dávkovacie čerpadlá) cez aplikáciu cez mobilné dáta. Teraz som späť doma a vidím, že mám problémy s ovládaním zariadení cez aplikáciu. Všetky 4 zariadenia (vrátane Wifi Hub Pro) sa zobrazujú v aplikácii. Ale vždy, keď na ktorékoľvek z nich klepnem, zobrazí sa chyba „Spojenie stratené, skúste to znova“. Vyskúšal som mnoho riešení od Gemini (AI), ale bez úspechu. Dvakrát som obnovil Wifi Hub Pro na továrenské nastavenia, ale nepomohlo to. Potvrdzujem, že keď odstránim Wifi Hub Pro zo zoznamu zariadení, môžem k ostatným pristupovať cez Bluetooth, takže problém je výlučne s Wifi Hub Pro. Vypol a znova som zapol aj Wi-Fi, tiež to nepomohlo. Reštartoval som iPhone, nepomohlo to. Podľa aplikácie MyChihiros sa zdá, že firmvér všetkých zariadení vrátane Wifi Hub Pro je aktuálny. I have the same problem. I am disappointed with the functioning of this device. It's not cheap and it doesn't work yet.
 
The Wifi Hub Pro is currently suspended from sale due to some unresolved issues.
Please enable automatic updates to receive the latest firmware updates.
