Hi, I have installed the Chihiros Wifi Hub Pro about 3 weeks ago. It worked perfectly during the first weeks and then while I was away I managed to control all my devices (stirrers, wrgb II Pro light and dosing pumps) through the app via cellular data. Now Im back home and I see that I have issues to control the devices through the app. All 4 devices (including the Wifi Hub Pro) appear in the app. But whenever I tap on any of them I get the error Connection lost, please retry. I have tried many solutions providied by Gemini (AI) with no sucess. I have restored the Wifi Hub Pro to factory settings twice but didnt help. I confirm that when I remove the Wifi Hub Pro from the list of devices, I can access the rest via Bluetooth, so the problem is strictly with the Wifi Hub Pro. I have turned off and back on my wifi as well, also didnt help. I have restarted my iPhone, didnt help. All devices firmware appear to be up to date according to the MyChihiros App, including the Wifi Hub Pro. What should I do? I am using an iPhone 16.
