Chihiros Wi-Fi Hub doesn’t turn on/off B Series Lamp

Hi there.

I just bought the WiFi HUB from Chihiros, I paired my B30 Lamp with the Hub but when I enter manual mode or customized nothing happen. I updated the hub to version 6. My Commander also is up to date.

I deleted the hub from the app, i re-add it but i have the same problem. The wifi connection is on 2.4GHz

Any help?

Same for me. It stopped working couple days ago. Everything connects and pairs up together but I cannot control my lamps from Wifi Hub anymore.
Interestingly, your Wifi Hub firmware version is 6 and mine is 2 and claims is up to date.

There is a problem of the Wifi Hub after updating the app to the latest version, technicians will fix it soon in next app update.

I updated the app ( iOS ) and the problem was fixed. Thx
