hello,

i have the chihiros universal wrgb lamp..

i have the following problem..
If i set the light intensity and set the clock with sunrise of 1 hour..i do not get my full exposure after 1 hour.

The light intensity is less than i see in the aquarium.

This only happens with the sunrise timer.

can you help me?

Compared with what brightness you saw the light intensity is less?
In Auto mode when the sunrise off, what settings you set?

I have set the brightness myself and then saved the settings in auto mode.
green 2%
red 2%
blue 2%
white 2%
When the sunrise is done I do not have my set brightness as a view in the aquarium..

Sunrise from 0% to 2% within 1h, next it didn't show 2% brightness?
It turned off? Or what brightness it showes?

photo 1 is the 2%
photo 2 is the light intensity after 1 hour of sunrise which should normally be the 2%

if i set the sunrise to 0.5 hours it works.

Sunrise and sunset to the final shutdown, the color is not controlled, this is normal.
0-2% is too low. The longer the sunrise 1 hour, 0-2% no way to break down to more than one scale.
You can increase the brightness.
