Chihiros Nova 1 turning off by itsel

I have a Chihiros Nova 1 light fixture connected to the WiFi Hub. I configured the light using the "Auto" mode available in the app, selecting the recommended settings for SPS corals. The light is scheduled to turn on at 2:00 PM and turn off at 9:00 PM.


However, during the period when it should remain on, the fixture randomly turns off by itself. Additionally, the light is also turning on during the night, even though there is no preset configuration for it to do so.

I also have one more question: what is the ideal distance between the light and the water surface?

1. From the screenshots, the Nova 1 light is bluetooth connection, it didn't connected via Wi-Fi.
So there could be power outage issue, the app settings and app time are messed up.
You can unplug the Wifi Hub for a few minutes then plug back in to connect in the app again.
2. what is the ideal distance between the light and the water surface?
- Recommend 15-30cm from light to water surface.
