I just had your Chihiros inline heater pro sent to me in the mail and was really excited to get it all in and set up.
Unfortunately the heating element doesn't seem to want to start to function and shows "000W" consistently, even with higher set base temps than water temps.
After a couple minutes of being powered on it shows device malfunction in the app and error code EE3 on the device screen.
I am in Australia- using 240V and 50Hz. Below are my device details.
Incase of a system bug, at the time of this post I conducted a reset on the device and set the device to 800w.
Can you please advise me if I need to organise a new device?
