Chihiros Dosing Pump Battery Not Detecting

Hi,

I have I have purchased a new Chihiros dozing pump set last week. After setting up, I just noticed that the dozing pump is not detecting the battery, and every time the power get disconnected it’s going back to the initial settings. Can someone please help me to fix that if possible.

Yes. I have inserted the battery CR2032. Attaching the photos
