chihiros all 601 does not switch on after power failure

Hi I have 2x chihiros all 601
The lights does not switch on after a power outage when set to auto.
Both light setting remain unchanged after power outage. To get the light to come on after a power outage. I switch to manual and the auto again.

Yes after power outage need to reconnect the light to sync app time and app settings.
It doesn't have memory setting.
