Calibration with dosing flow adapter

How should the dosing pump be calibrated when using the dosing flow adapter? I assume calibrating with the hoses unplugged from the dosing flow adapter would result in inaccurate calibration, since the resistance of the one-way valve + the water flow of the filter are not taken into account?

You can calibrate the tubes from the adapter.
