Hello,

Bought a used WRGB II Pro 80 cm. The White and Blue Leds are not very bright - only the green og red LEDs are working.

I have tried to disconect and connect it to the app multiple times. The Bluetooth adapter is working and power suply is working with green LED.

I have attached photos of every color at 100% and one were all are at 100%.

No, they are incompatible.
Okay, so the only thing I can try is to buy a new Bluetooth Controller ?

Red and green channels work normally.

Blue and white channels are both extremely dim at 100%. One of the blue LED beads are lower in power than the others.

All LEDs light up, but overall output of blue and white is very low compared to another WRGB II Pro lamp I own.

Does this indicate a controller failure or a LED board failure?
