Availability of currently unavailable Chihiros products

Hello Chihiros Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I would like to ask about the availability of several Chihiros products that are currently unavailable and appear to be out of stock worldwide.
In particular, I am interested in:
Chihiros Smart Power Strip
Chihiros WiFi Touch / Touch Control Controller
Could you please let me know:
Whether these products are temporarily unavailable or discontinued
If they are expected to return to sale, when the next availability or restock is planned
Whether there will be a new version or replacement model if the current ones are no longer being produced
I am very interested in purchasing these products and would appreciate any information regarding their future availability.

Thank you for your reply. I understand that there are technical issues and that your technicians are working on a solution.
I want to be very clear about one thing: I truly believe Chihiros products are among the best on the market. The quality of your hardware, combined with your software and ecosystem approach, is exactly what attracted me to your brand in the first place. I already own multiple Chihiros devices and I want to continue building my entire setup exclusively around Chihiros — not third-party solutions.
That is why this situation is so frustrating.
I have many of your products and I would like to have even more, but I currently cannot complete or fully control the Chihiros ecosystem remotely because key components are unavailable. I do not want to mix brands — I want a complete, unified Chihiros system.
I fully understand that technical problems can happen. However, after such a long time (around a year), the only information customers receive is that “you are working on a fix”, while many loyal users are simply waiting. This uncertainty is difficult.
I kindly but honestly ask you to:
Resolve these issues as soon as possible, and
Provide clearer communication — status updates, progress information, or timelines — anything that shows customers what is happening.
Many satisfied Chihiros users, including myself, are waiting for these products to return. While I strongly believe you have one of the best ecosystems on the market, lack of communication and long unavailability can unfortunately push even loyal customers away.
I hope you understand this message comes from appreciation for your brand and a genuine desire to stay fully within the Chihiros ecosystem.
