Ok I'll play with it some more but I don't think the lights will create a so called sunrise / sunset effect. It is more so that they come on at the setting and gradually increase to the maximum set brightness. As the program for the lights does not allow you to make a setting with the same end...

It does come on gradually but does not create a sunrise/sunset effect. Just turns it on at maybe 10% and ramps up to set level before dimming back to 10% then turning off

Set at 6500k and about 45% brightness
