I checked and my wife is currently do not use APP so there is no simultaneously working as you mentioned!

That account is from my wife as she and I use the same APP for control the lights once I am away for business trip!

At home, I can see the wifi hub icon on the tank info page (Device) but remotely from office, there is nothings there as attached pic.

My Chirihos wifi hub is only working when I am at home to control the WRGB2 (after bind the device, on mobile phone I saw two devices had been connected: WRGB2 LED and Wifi Hub) but when I came to office and would like to control the WRGB2 remotely, there is no device shown on the APP therefore...
