I have the new wrgb II 10th anniversary for one week and been manually turning it on and off on the light and on the colors as well. Today when I turn it off, the blue light stays dim, why is that?

I am waiting for my light to come next week. I want to know if I can turn on/off the light at any time manually without using the app or Bluetooth or on a timer. If possible, can I set the color at fixed setting, say 20%
