Hello , The silicone is dirty with traces of mould. On that side there is a lack of transparency of the silicone. How can it be restored to trasparent view? Heat? Clean with some agents? It is looking like limestone deterioration, but I do not know how to clean it. Thanks.

I own a Universal WRGB800 for aproximately one year. Meanwhile, the silicone which makes the LED pannel waterproof has deteriorated. It became a little bit frosted but only on one side of the lamp. Why is this happening? How can it be solved? Thx.

So if there is a power outage the lamp is forgeting all the setings? 😱This is unbelievable. A small battery could have been used. At least with the wifi controller are the settings restored?
