Hi, I reinstalled the spring as suggested. It had no effect on the bubble release. Adjusting the regulator doesn't give fine control over bubble release. Attached is a new video post spring reinstallation.

No ticking sound. Let me try reinstalling the spring using the video to see if that works.

Order #22960. This is a video of me turning it on and off. You'll notice the bubble speed is rapid and does not allow for fine tuning.
