Green light is stable on power adapter. I believe the Bluetooth module is bad. I have a replacement this weekend and will see if it fixes the problem

My Chihiros pro 60 is only red light. It doesn’t matter what I do the light is red. I have disconnected power supply. Same results I have deleted app and reinstalled. Same result I have unpaired and paired my BT connection. Same results How can I reset factory settings???
