I exchanged my Chichiros Universal WRGB after experiencing problems with the white LEDs not all working. Now that I've received my new lamp under warranty, one of the white LEDs is still not working. This happened after only one month of use.

My LED light no longer emits white LEDs. When I try to change the layout, it doesn't respond... Hardly any white LEDs are lit anymore. Is the LED lighting broken? Should I return it to the dealer where I bought it? I've had it for almost a year now.

if i set the sunrise to 0.5 hours it works. strange

I have set the brightness myself and then saved the settings in auto mode. green 2% red 2% blue 2% white 2% When the sunrise is done I do not have my set brightness as a view in the aquarium..

hello, i have the chihiros universal wrgb lamp.. i have the following problem.. If i set the light intensity and set the clock with sunrise of 1 hour..i do not get my full exposure after 1 hour. The light intensity is less than i see in the aquarium. This only happens with the sunrise timer...
